We are recruiting for a Sydney-based **Channel Manager**for a 12-month contract role to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive engagement, sales growth, and brand preference across retail and distribution channels.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, as Channel Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our go-to-market strategy-bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs. You’ll play a critical role in launching new products, supporting retailer’s activation plans, and enabling our sales teams with the tools and campaigns they need to win in the field.

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead the execution of pricing strategies and promotional programs, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
- Design and implement tailored marketing programs in collaboration with Sales, Product, and other internal stakeholders.
- Align with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver channel-specific activations and co-branded campaigns.
- Partner with key retail accounts and external collaborators to expand brand visibility and relevance.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to plan and execute new product launches. Input into customer range reviews and the cross-functional implementation of go-to-market plans.
- Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of customer marketing initiatives and business programs.
- Develop marketing tools, sales enablement materials, digital assets, and training guides to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
- Track, analyse, and report on program outcomes.
- Build strong partnerships across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to drive shared goals. Influence and align stakeholders at all levels through effective communication and planning.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 5+ years in trade marketing, brand management, product, or sales role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial
- Proven success in driving commercial outcomes through marketing campaigns and strategies
- Experienced in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and budgets
- Strong written communication skills with expert command of grammar and messaging
- Demonstrated ability to create customer-focused strategies that drive lead generation and conversion
- Experience in hand tool industry is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
