Logwin is a well-established European Freight Forwarder and is seeking a fulltime Sales and Marketing Manager for an immediate start in Sydney. As a stable, top 20 global freight forwarder, Logwin develops comprehensive logistics and service solutions for an extensive customer base across all vertical markets.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning, organising and managing sales and marketing campaigns in line with local, global, and regional sales initiatives
  • Building a qualified pipeline of new logistics customers across various industries to achieve both long-term and short-term objectives
  • Developing qualified sales leads for the global Logwin organization
  • Liaising with the existing external and internal resources in the branches nationally / overseas to ensure the sales drive is optimised
  • Setting Sales targets in Sydney/NSW for new customers, with a focus V/A target accounts
  • Developing a sales strategy for key vertical market of Food&Wine and execute with set sales targets
  • Identify additional business opportunities in your customer portfolio by increasing loyalty and focusing on Logwin's brand image

Preferred profile:

  • A successful track record in sales development in international freight forwarding
  • Minimum 5 years industry experience preferred, preferred experience in the vertical of Food&Wine
  • Has a drive for results: Can be counted on to exceed goals and very bottom- line oriented.
  • Excellent sales and influencing skills
  • Confident and clear communication, both verbal and written
  • Critical thinking, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • Good problem-solving skills –able to prioritise client relationships which maximise value for the branch.
