Business Operations Assistant - Administration Traineeship

Part Time - 25-30hrs per week

Anderson Environment and Planning provides high-level environmental services and advice for a broad range of clients and is seeking an additional administration team member to assist with administrative tasks required for business operations.

On offerYou will complete a Certificate III in - Business Administration through a combination of formal training and on-the-job experience with AEP.

Essentially you’ll have:

- Eligibility to complete a traineeship
- An enthusiastic, motivated and positive attitude
- A willingness to learn
- An ability to have a laugh
- Excellent presentation and proven reliability and punctuality
- An ability to multi-task and adapt to change
- An ability to problem solve and use initiative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and friendly phone manner - both written and oral
- Intermediate level of competency in using Office 365 including Office, Word and Excel
- Ability to complete online courses
- Ability to work as part of the team and independently

Key responsibilities:

- Office supplies and stationary ordering
- Kitchen supplies
- General business administrative tasks
- Data entry and record /system keeping
- Other tasks assigned to you from AEP directors and/or managers
