About The Role
We're looking for a
Personal Banking Team Leader
to join our Atherton team in a full-time capacity. As a Personal Banking Team Leader, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional, personalised customer service, while coaching and empowering your team to do the same. You'll guide customers through financial solutions tailored to their needs and play a key role in promoting Queensland Country Bank's products and services in a proactive, community-focused way.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership and financial services experience; particularly in Lending, Agribusiness, or Business Banking, to take the next step in their career.

This is a full time position, working 38 hours per week.

About You

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
  • Effective sales skills
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Ability to positively adapt to change
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High school certificate or similar qualification
  • Financial experience (desired)
  • Lending experience (desired)
  • Previous experience with Business Banking, particularly Agribusiness (desired)
