**About the Role**:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously, has strong attention to detail, and can manage a range of finance tasks. You’ll play a key role in supporting financial compliance and operational efficiency across the organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process NDIS claims and reconciliations
- Manage payroll and timesheet reconciliation
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and lodge BAS statements
- Conduct bank and financial reconciliations
- Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Liaise with internal teams regarding billing and funding
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience in a finance, bookkeeping or accounts role (NDIS experience highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of payroll, BAS, and reconciliation processes
- Confidence using platforms such as Xero and ShiftCare (or similar)
- High level of accuracy and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- A commitment to confidentiality and ethical financial practices
**Desirable**:
- Knowledge of the NDIS Price Guide and service categories
- Experience with NDIS plan and core budget tracking
- Relevant qualifications in finance or bookkeeping (preferred but not essential)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week

**Experience**:
- Finance: 1 year (required)
