Account Executive Opportunity in Bank of Melbourne’s Growing Commercial Healthcare Banking Team

**How will I help?**
Rock-solid relationships are at the heart of every Commercial Banking decision we make. In this role you’ll add value as a credit specialist, working on a portfolio of Commercial Banking’s high value and complex lending transactions, within Bank of Melbourne’s Commercial Banking Healthcare team.
You’ll be trusted to provide excellent customer service and generate high-quality credit submissions, deal structuring to financial analysis where your financial acumen will be put to good use, spotting any potential risks involved with existing or new clients and their financial requests. You’ll regularly review portfolios to make sure the best quality credit is maintained, while working closely with a portfolio of valued business customers. On a day-to-day basis you will partner with experienced Relationship Bankers and work directly with our customers regularly.

**What do I need?**
Preferably you will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline and are proficient with Microsoft Excel.
You’ll need to have strong organisational skills, ability to network both internally and external to the bank and juggle multiple tasks at any one time.
You’ll have a good understanding of financial analysis - ideally from prior experience within a bank in a commercial/corporate lending environment, and a strong knowledge of lending structures and risk analysis.
You’ll be a natural communicator, with a strong customer experience focus, with good attention to detail and a strong achievement focus.
