This privately owned Australian FMCG manufacture has been operating for 150 years, specialising in natural products and healthy solutions for their customers. They have a number of proprietary brands in both the grocery and pharmacy channels and are exclusive distributors for a number of other brands.

**The role**
This is a very exciting newly created role within the grocery team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager this role will have responsibility for a number of national accounts and also be coached and mentored to eventually have responsibility for Coles or Woolworths in the future.
Initially this role will have responsibility for Metcash and BIG W nationally and be working closely with the sales team to ensure the plans are executed at store level and assisting the National Sales Manager with Coles and Woolworths
There is an attractive salary package on offer plus bonus and the opportunity to grow your NAM career being coached and developed in the role

**What you will be doing**

- Achievement of annual budgeted sales within agreed trade marketing expenditure
- Create outstanding commercial relationships with national customers
- Prepare National and State Account reviews with major customers
- Provide accurate forecasting
- Develop and execute meaningful and achievable sales and account plans
- Be involved in the development of the long term customer business strategy
- Manage trade and promotional spend
**What you can offer**

- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or a related discipline
- Previous experience in an Account Management, Account Executive or Category role in an FMCG environment
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Strong organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and progress within the organisation

- Highly motivated to deliver results
