**The organisation**
This privately owned Australian FMCG company is dedicated to both Branded and Own Product Development across a number of categories for the Australian and New Zealand markets.
They are experiencing dynamic growth through their expertise and in depth knowledge of the market and are delivering market leading innovation and category solutions to all retail chains and market leading brand owners.
These are really exciting times for this business
They are about to launch a wonderful healthcare brand to assist in the management or IBS(Irritable Bowel Syndrome), a condition affecting 1:7 Australians and the brand is endorsed by one of Australia's leading physiologists.
They will be launching this brand in national pharmacy and grocery retailers soon
**The role**
This is a very exciting newly created role within the sales team. Reporting to the CEO this role will have responsibility for a number of national accounts and also be involved in the launch of these brands
It would be great if you have an interest or understanding of IBS and general healthcare so you can be as passionate about this brand as the company
There is an attractive salary package on offer plus bonus and the opportunity to grow your NAM career in the role and being at the start of something extremely exciting.

**What you will be doing**

- Achievement of annual budgeted sales within agreed trade marketing expenditure
- Launching this brand in the pharmacy and grocery channels
- Create outstanding commercial relationships with national customers
- Provide accurate forecasting
- Develop and execute meaningful and achievable sales and account plans
- Be involved in the development of the long term customer business strategy
- Manage trade and promotional spend
**What you can offer**

- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or a related discipline
- Previous experience in an Account Management, Account Executive or Category role in an FMCG environment
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Strong organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and progress within the organisation
- Influential communicator and negotiator
- Highly motivated to deliver results
