Reporting directly to SIS Managing Director, the Business Manager will:

- Provide leadership and guidance to a small highly skilled, multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants.
- Strategically manage and drive a robust Occupational Rehabilitation and Early Intervention strategy and post-injury management system.
- Deliver tangible financial, operational and customer outcomes.
- Ensure best practice management of relationships with all parties involved

**Qualifications**
- Full and current registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist and Rehabilitation Counsellor
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Passion for leading, coaching and developing others
- Commercial acumen to drive business growth, quality initiatives and marketing activities
- Highly organised, with effective time management
