- H-E Parts Engineering is a part of the HE Parts International group. We provide machining services for Mining, Oil and Gas and a variety of other commercial customers. Over the last 30 years, we have built a reputation of a high level of service. In addition, we regularly receive new work through recommendation from our satisfied customers, which we feel is a strong testament to the level of service we provide.**About the role**- Your sales efforts will be supported by an engineering facility with advanced machining capability as well as extensive technical and engineering support.**To be considered for this position you should have: -**
- Minimum of three years’ experience in sales and account management
- Prior experience in Quoting and Estimating
- Demonstratable experience in establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial customer relationships.
- BD experience is desirable
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work successfully autonomously, as well as in a team environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Mechanical or Trade Qualifications is desirable though not essential
- Project Management experience is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and of ERP software (Pronto preferred).
- Management of a small team is desirable though not essential
