Our client is a proud Australian organisation with strong roots in Western Australia, who provide turnkey solutions to the Mining, Oil & Gas and Chemical industries. Following some continued success, they are now seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Perth.

As Account Manager, you will report directly into the Sales Manager and be responsible for managing existing key accounts and spending some time developing organic business. 80% of your time will be spent managing existing key accounts, whilst 20% of your time will be developing new business. You will provide chemical solutions to your clients and work closely with the broader engineering and projects team to provide solutions to your clients, being the true face of the business. Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Manage existing key accounts in the mining, oil & gas, and chemical industries
- Organically grow existing accounts
- Manage multiple stakeholders in the sales process
- Manage your clients through the sales cycle from inception to project completion
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new opportunities and trends

Qualifications/ Knowledge and skill
- Ideally have a background in a Chemical or a Science related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven and proactive
- Commercial and Corporate Acumen
- Strong computer literacy
- Able to work autonomously to secure personal and business objectives
