**About the Company**:
Boutique is representing one of Australia’s leading property groups. With experience in property investment and funds management, they are looking for an Executive Assistant with experience to support their Chief Experience Officer.

**About the Role**:
Your role is to support the Chief Experience Officer, who is responsible for Human Resources, Group Brand and Marketing, Customer Experience, Community and Sustainability, and Workplace experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the day to day operational and administrative activities of the Chief Experience Officer, coordinating meetings, including logístical arrangements and diary management
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Drafting Group wide comms from the data base used internally, relating to new initiatives and employee updates
- Creating messaging for external collateral, to align with this companys brand and tone of voice
- Maintaining discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all employees, directors and external clients
- Participating as a member of the People, Brand & Community (PBC) Leadership Team
- Curating experiences for the PBC division to foster team connection, learning and engagement
- Anticipating requests and pre-empting stakeholder requirements
- Facilitating the execution of documents
- Coordinate divisional team meetings, leadership team meetings and drive accountability for actions
- Preparing and drafting letters, reports and presentations, including Board papers for the CXO and some Leadership Team members
- Preparing expenses on behalf of the Chief Experience Officer
- Coding invoices in the Tradeshift system for the approval of PBC Leadership Team members
- Manage and coordinate divisional events and assist internal Event Manager where appropriate
- Project Management of internal employee initiatives where required
- Lead the organization and execution of the school holiday workshop programs in partnership with a range of not for profit groups

**About You**:

- You are a strong communicator who is able to articulate key messages and brand positioning to internal and external stakeholder groups and operate with high levels of discretion and professionalism
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills - able to detect grammatical and spelling errors in all communication, as well as craft confidential communications for the Chief Experience Officer to review
- High level of integrity, judgment and discretion - extreme confidentiality is imperative
- Creative flare, with an eye for curating experiences for our people
- Highly flexible working style, adaptable and resilient
- Extremely organised with strong attention to detail and focus on task completion
- Highly autonomous, resourceful and proactive. Able to run both with direction and see tasks through to completion with little guidance
- Well presented with a professional, sharp and impactful presence
- Someone who thrives working at pace
- Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
