**Stratco** is looking for a motivated professional who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude. This is a great opportunity for a flexible and customer-focused person to become an integral part of our growing national and international company.

This position is a **permanent part-time** opportunity, working **30 hours across 4 days per week**, including **semi-regular weekends across a rotating roster.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a team member of our Gepps Cross Retail Customer Service Centre (CSC) team your role will include:

- Telephone customer service and sales
- Accurate keying of customer orders
- Liaison with manufacturing, retail and despatch teams on product assembly and delivery
- Regular communication and interaction with store managers
- Reporting of customer service-related activities to Customer Relations Manager
- Participate in regular product and sales training

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Previous experience in a busy Call Centre would be very favourably looked upon
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) which will include weekend loadings/penalty rates
