**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Through an expansion plan, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Representative to work within our sales and design teams at Gepps Cross. As a motivated Sales professional who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude, your primary focus will be to build customer relationships over the phone, online and face to face.

**This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday requiring the flexibility to work occasional Saturdays.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide exceptional customer service for inbound calls
- Utilise your selling skills to provide solutions to customers
- Process and manage online sales and leads
- Versatility to work across Stratco’s customer service call centre, retail sales floor & design department
- Adhere to our critical safety rules & contribute to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales to meet customer’s needs
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced service centre environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
- An eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
