**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Through an expansion plan, an exciting opportunity has become available at Gepps Cross for **Customer Service Centre (CSC) Team Members. **Motivated Sales professionals who have a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused person to become an integral part of our growing team.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity requiring the flexibility to work alternate Saturdays.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide exceptional telephone Customer Service
- Utilise Selling Skills to provide solutions to Customers
- Manage Online sales
- Process and transact high level of sales orders
- Actively participate in Training and Personal Development
- Strictly adhere to our Critical Safety Rules & contribute to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- A passion to deliver outstanding Customer Service
- Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales to meet Customer’s needs
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced Service Centre environment
- Excellent communication skills
- An eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
