**About the role**:
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll help support and execute our marketing and brand strategy.
At AirTree, we believe we have a responsibility to support and enable the Australian and New Zealand startup ecosystem as a whole. You’ll play a key role in sharing our programs, initiatives and Open Source VC far and wide so that more founders and operators can stack the odds in their favour.
You’ll have white space to introduce new ideas and processes, coupled with support and guidance from the broader team to champion and challenge you.

**What you’ll be working on**:

- Manage our social media channels: you’ll develop and execute impactful distribution strategies for AirTree’s content, programs and initiatives.
- Help tell our story: you’ll be the point-person for our external narrative, including PR pitches and media requests.
- Elevate our team’s executions: you’ll support programs and events across the company, ensuring they’re on-brand and delivered to the highest quality.

**Requirements**:
**We’re looking for someone with**:

- A passion for digital marketing: you're a savvy marketer across channels and tools, and can teach us something new. You’re also curious and excited to learn new things.
- Experience running projects from start to finish: you have a bias towards execution and run a tight ship when it comes to project management.
- A track record of learning and iterating: you can point to examples where you’ve tested an idea, measured the results and iterated towards hitting your goals.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills: you tailor your writing to your audience and craft concise and engaging copy.
- Confidence and ability to work independently and collaboratively: we’ll back your judgement and also be there to enhance your execution and ensure team alignment.
