**Your new company**
A well-know, leading client within the automotive industry are seeking a HR Coordinator for join their team based at their dealership in Zetland. Salary of between $70k - 90k + super dependant on experience.

**Your new role**
- Take ownership of full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition, employer branding, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent retention, remuneration reviews and performance appraisals.
- Support the processing of payroll by the payroll accountant (and back up as required).
- Provide consistent, quality, and timely advice to managers and employees in the areas of performance management, disciplinary processes and formal complaints and grievances
- Establish and maintain relationship with Leadership Team to stay abreast of HR related needs. Ensure HR and leadership goals are always aligned.
- Coordinate and help arrange formal training by department.
- Oversee the development and update of company policies.
- Ensure all WHS requirements maintained.
- Any other projects as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years post qualification HR role experience.
- Proven experience of ER/IR with expertise in interpreting and advising on legislative, regulatory, and industrial instruments (assistance provided on more complex matters).
- High level organizational skills
- Exceptional attention-to-detail, with an ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent writing and editing skills, suited to diverse range of communications functions across the business
