The role of the Team Manager is to provide motivation, direction, instructions and guidance to the team to achieve team and unit goals. You will need to have held leadership roles, including managing a remote workforce. In this role you will manage the Payments Team, Administration and Reception staff. You will provide day to day leadership and direction to the team to ensure delivery of KPI’s.

**You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following**:

- Work with Branch Managers to identify skills and knowledge gaps and assist with the upskilling of the team
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure high levels of customer service are delivered with a level of empathy and understanding
- Monitor team and individual performance against agreed KPI’s
