**How will I help?**
As a Team Manager of the KYC ID Secure Team you will be responsible for overseeing the team by acting as a reference point for policy, procedures & compliance whilst managing the team’s performance and encouraging development. You will be challenged to perform under pressure in this rewarding opportunity. Utilising your strong analytical and customer service skills, you will work to provide an exceptional experience for our customers, while delivering superior adherence to the banks Anti Money Laundering AML / CTF policies.

The Team Manager will also ensure that team members are following Westpac Group protocol, policies and procedures when completing all tasks, whilst also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. The Team Manager plays an integral role in the facilitation and development of a cohesive team environment and is responsible for ensuring the effective management of all business processes, people, risks, and dependencies across the team.

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role you will need:

- Exposure to AML, Compliance and Sanctions related processes
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and communicate change
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to support the business implementation of changes to FC guidance, group policies and standards
- Ability to manage relationships with varied stakeholders
- Ability to contribute to process efficiency and productivity by identifying new opportunities to improve process, reduce risk and improve financial crime compliance
- Contact Centre or a Service based industry experience is highly desirable
- Critical/Analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure
- Self-sufficient, Adaptable to change, and Resilient
- Ability to resolve complex issues and complaints
