**Your new role**
Will be working a 7.5-hour shift between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday, your role will be based in a high-volume inbound and outbound contact centre, where your team will provide assistance via phone to customers.
You will provide along with your team leaders, provide support, guidance and coaching to the frontline team. You will complete people management tasks such as performance management and the setting of objectives and targets. Along with this you will identify areas for improvement and implement change to enhance customer experience or improve operational efficiency.
Working closely with the Director and Assistant Directors you will respond to change and provide strategic direction for the wider team. You will prepare written responses for internal and external stakeholders including ministerial responses.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience working within a Contact Centre within a leadership or management role.
- Operations or project management experience
- Exceptional communication skills to be able to convey complex information, tailor messaging and resolve issues.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and reporting.
- Professional written communications
- The ability to promote positive change within a team of customer service representatives
- Initiative, flexibility, and resilience.
- A Customer Centric outlook with empathy for customers in vulnerable situations
- The ability to be able to work a typical 7.5-hour day rostered between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday
