Are you a dynamic, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Representative to be a vital part of an energetic and growing Acura sales team in their head office in Tonsley, South Australia.

**Your Role**:
Meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets and KPIs.

Collaborating with the Sales Director on sales and procurement requirements.

Acting with urgency to surpass customer expectations.

Managing inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers.

Assisting the Sales Director with customer calls.

Processing quotes, orders, invoices, credits, and payments.

Following up on customer orders and maintaining open quotes.

Liaising with distribution and supply chain teams to meet customer needs.

Providing support for new projects and opportunities.

**Your Profile**:
Experience in a sales role, delivering exceptional customer service.

Customer engagement and growth experience.

Ability to excel in a busy, high-volume environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Strong numerical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Problem-solving skills and ability to find creative solutions.

Self-motivated and works well independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to challenge and innovate.
