**What's so exciting about this role?**

Reporting to the Head of Group Collection Operations, the Collections Team Manager will manage a team of Collections Officers based in Adelaide. This role will give you the opportunity to further develop and elevate your excellent leadership skills and take them to the next level within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

**What Does An Average Day Look Like?**

No day is average at **humm **but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:

- Support the team with call quality and coaching.
- Review and resolve disputes.
- Identify and delivering training to the team.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert in our products.
- Manage supplier relationships including DCAs and Debt sale requirements.
- Monitor workflow within the team and reallocate work and resources as required.
- Team KPIs is developed and monitored.
- Works collaboratively with other departments, peers and employees to champion organisational strategies, changes and initiatives.

- Successfully lead and motivate a team of dedicated collectors.
- Derive improvements in processes ensuring credit compliance is adhered to.
- Ensure the ongoing and appropriate development of staff to enable them to achieve their full potential.
- Undertake all tasks as directed by the Head of Group Collection Operations
- Conduct all collections activities in line with the appropriate legislation and guidelines (ACCC/ASIC/Trade practices Act).
- Demonstrate respect for customers in all verbal and written communication always, both formally and informally.
- Adhere to the groups Vision, Mission and Values
