Teamwear Design

Working alongside a team of talented creatives, reporting to the Teamwear Coordinator & the Creative Director, you will be responsible for designing basketball teamwear for clients and also creating products for retail by coordinating the design & product of each season in line with Throwback’s brand, vision & style.
- Design, plan and produce vertical apparel, and teamwear for clients
- Create garment specifications and tech packs online (eg. titles, descriptions, codes etc)
- Design & produce apparel packaging (eg. Swingtags, labels, packets etc)
- Coordinate production of inhouse teamwear jobs (inc. plotting, weeding, printing, labelling etc)
- Maintain high customer service standards at all times
- Invoice clients, ensuring all orders are pre-paid prior to any design/production commencing
- Cross check all invoices from suppliers are correct
- Assist with online teamwear Pick & Pack orders where required
- Implement systems and processes to assist with workflows (eg. client brief templates, CAD strike-offs, colour conversion charts etc)
- Prepare teamwear EDM strategies, flow management and execute through Klaviyo platform
- Assist with general ecommerce product enrichment where required
- Ad-hoc tasks as required

**The Person**
To be successful in this role, you must have;
- Superior knowledge of design, print media & colour matching
- Must have excellent Adobe Illustrator skills skills
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a designer position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop relationships with key suppliers and people across all levels within the business
- Extremely well organised and efficient with excellent time management
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team and adhere to tight deadlines
