ESK (Evidence Skincare) is looking for a Customer Care Manager to lead their customer service team and make a real impact in the fast-growing skincare industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand that’s not only about scientifically backed skincare but also about delivering an exceptional customer experience that empowers and delights.

The Customer Care Manager will play a key role in shaping how ESK supports its customers. The role will involve leading a passionate team from the company’s headquarters in Banksmeadow. The manager will guide the team through the challenges and excitement of an expanding global business, ensuring every customer feels confident in their skincare journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the voice of the customer, driving improvements in service and ensuring every interaction makes the customer feel heard and valued.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and operations teams, reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
- Help scale the customer care function globally, recruiting and managing new Customer Care teams in the US and UK as the company’s international presence grows.
- Experience in customer care roles where empathy, patience, and professional communication are essential.
- A growth mindset with a passion for scaling teams and building systems to meet the demands of a rapidly expanding business.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing team.
- A background in beauty or health, with an understanding of how to educate and empower customers about skincare.
