Customs Broker

We are looking to appoint a experienced CUSTOMS BROKER with prior experience in INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT
- Dynamically contribute within the Customs Team towards the achievement of Business and Budget plans assisting where appropriate Team members to meet individual objectives;
- Execute necessary ABF related matters i.e.:

- Customs clearances, duty rates, refunds, drawbacks, etc;
- Fulfil necessary DAWE related matters i.e.:

- Arranges Biosecurity Directions, etc;
- Maintain job book-up and invoicing where applicable;
- Compile, classify and input entry data, including rectifying any air/sea cargo automation problems;
- Liaise with clients to answer relevant queries and rectify problems;
- Examine weekly incoming ediTariff tariff codes and advises Management accordingly regarding relevant changes;
- Liaise with Management on all facets of above and correlated processes to ensure positive achievement of appointed objectives;
- May be temporarily required on various occasions to perform duties or responsibilities outside the above stipulated duties;

**Salary**: $75,762.35 - $109,916.66 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
