**The role**:
This role is permanent and full-time with some flexibility for working from home in between service times. You will start off with a 5-week induction program to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor, and Regional Manager.

**Our Botany service is a beautiful service that has an amazing bond with the school principal and the rest of the school community. The service averages between 10-20 children every morning and 20-50 children in the afternoon.**
- Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community
- Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences everyday
- Foster “GENUINE” relationships with children and their families
- Manage and roster your team of passionate educators
- Manage service compliance and medical documentation
- Be the glue that connects TeamKids with your school community
- **Service operating times: 7:00am - 9:00am & 2:00pm - 6:00pm + 8 hours of Admin.**
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you are still a big kid at heart
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident interpersonal skills, no matter if you’re talking with a child, their parent, one of your team or the school Principal
- Strong problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
- You are a natural leader with an eye for detail
- Have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
- You are energetic, enthusiastic and love to have FUN
