As Clinical Care Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team, with responsibility for all clinical matters and you will partner with the Residence Manager to ensure exemplary resident care is delivered and maintained.
You will enjoy and be fully supported in the area of Quality, Governance and Risk, Operations including IT, HR, Asset Procurement, Finance and Marketing.

**How you will make an Impact**
You will be part of the leadership team for the Home and as such a role model, contributing to ensuring that resources are met in line with the strategic plan and operational budget. Your ability to demonstrate your strong knowledge of all resident health conditions will be highly regarded. This includes attendance at handover and providing after hours support as required.
**Requirements**:
- Registered Nurse with current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration with recency of practice in technical nursing
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in aged care
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Covid-19 Vaccination highly recommended
**Highly Desirable**
- Experience in the re-accreditation process and related assessment visits through the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC)
- Experience in the compliance requirements for NDIS residents living within aged care
- Experience in the requirements of food authority compliance and related audits
- Broad knowledge of the Aged Care Industry, Aged Care Act, 1997 and subordinate principles
- Exposure to the AN-ACC model
- Excellent computer literacy and competency in electronic care systems
- Experience in accessing Joanna Briggs “best practice” portal with demonstrable understanding of contemporary nursing practice
- Experience in Key Performance Indicators and an unambiguous understanding of clinical governance and accountability
- Experience in managing external complaints
