**About The Role**
The Admin / Customer Service role is responsible for supporting managers with accounts, office, admin and stock tasks and delivering a best in class customer service as well as creating unforgettable experiences when presenting to our driver partners. Operationally, this role will be providing on the ground support for our managers and driver partners.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Administration tasks including accounts, office, admin and stock
- Cash handling
- Supporting operation tasks
- Have a very high attention to detail
- "Get the job done no matter what" attitude
- Supporting Manager with the day to day running of the Driver Services Centre
**Required skills**:
- Experience in admin or customer facing roles preferred
- Maintaining focus on the driver partner’s every need and committed to providing excellent customer service
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal, listening and written
- Knowledge of all fleet, products and processes
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Second language highly desired, Mandarin, Hindi etc.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Commission
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Botany, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
