Customer Service Representative

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Reporting to the Regional Service Director, your main responsibilities include:
- Act as a brand ambassador representing LVMH Watch & Jewellery brand.
- General administrative duties and office support tasks.
- Manage tickets in Salesforce.
- Analyse and solve technical problems related to the Connected watch.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote good relationship with our customers.
**Profile**:

- Previous experience and proven track record in an IT/ software/ mobile phone support or repair and Customer Service role is desirable. Ideally in retail, watches and jewellery.
- Self-starter, ability to work autonomously with good time management skills and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically minded and excellent customer service.
- You are agile, adaptable, resilient, action and results-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
