We are currently looking for a full-time experienced **Customer Service/Office All Rounder** for an immediate start. The successful applicant will have a positive approach to their role, a friendly and proactive attitude and have immaculate presentation.

**Your main duties are as follows but are not limited to**:

- **Calling existing clientele for new product orders**:

- **Administration Duties**:

- **Data Entry**:

- **Customer Liason**:

- **Answering Phones, taking messages or directing to relevant people**

**You must be**:

- **Customer orientated and a team player**:

- **Pay attention to detail**:

- **Have excellent telephone manner**:

- **Be proactive and have a willingness to learn**:

- **Have excellent time management skills.**

Strong computer knowledge is essential, word and excel are advantageous.

Hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: $30.59 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
