BET Group is a Registered award-winning NDIS and DVA service provider, specialising in building accessible housing, and supporting clients with disabilities and veterans.

Due to rapid business growth, we are seeking a skilled and qualified HR Advisor to fulfil a part-time role, working on the Monday to Friday roster. Your usual work hours would be 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

The People and Culture Advisor is a true generalist role that focuses on managing all aspects of People and Culture including Recruitment, Policy Development, Reporting, Learning and Development, Employment

Relations, Administration, General People and Culture advice and coordinating the annual Performance and Remuneration processes and Legislative Compliance.

**Some of your duties and responsibilities will be**:

- Supporting Managers and employees across the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
- Assisting management in implementing developed strategies to drive a positive internal Culture that capitalises on personal involvement, accountability and commitment.
- Offering guidance and support to address People and Culture issues.
- Supporting and participating in investigation processes and disciplinary procedures.
- Supporting the People and Culture Department with the rollout of all People and Culture projects and initiatives.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (HR Certification is desirable but not essential).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a generalist HR role.
- Working knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Diversity, Performance Management and Employment Law.
- Be adaptable and able to work in an environment that has periods of high activity and competing demands.
- Ability to build rapport and demonstrate respectful interactions with employees and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
