**About the organisation**

Owned & operated by a team of healthcare professionals, the organisation is a very family friendly & supportive therapy service provider delivering high quality, holistic supports to clients of all ages. Support services take place in the participant’s preferred environment which includes schools, family home or community day option environments. They are tight-knit, supportive & collaborative organisation who pride themselves on client care & ensuring that is provided to a maximum.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Directors & working closely alongside the wider leadership team, this is a pivotal role within the organisation.

As the People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of the HR strategy, in the form of strategic direction and operational support to provide advice, support and assistance across the full range of HR functions including: workforce planning & recruitment, industrial relations, employee relations, performance management, training & development, safety and organisational change.

**Key selection criteria**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
- 4-5 years+ experience working across multiple disciplines of Human Resources & People & Culture
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment-related legislation
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation including OHS, Fairwork and Worksafe
- Strong business writing skills with experience developing and implementing HR documentation including workplace policies and procedures
- Prior experience working with Disability/NDIS/Healthcare Sector - desirable
