**Kelsian Group** is an ASX200 listed business with over 9,000 employees across Australia, Singapore and the United Kingdom. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and driven individual with previous experience in human resources management and project management.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, the People & Culture Advisor (Projects) is responsible for the development and coordination of the project management framework to support the delivery of Kelsian’s People & Culture Strategic Plan, along with also managing specific People & Culture projects including scoping, planning and implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**

Project Management
- Development of Project Management framework, templates and tools etc.
- Manage projects, including scoping, planning and implementing projects across the business.
- Maintain project plans and prepare status reports.
- Identify, document and validate business requirements with key stakeholders
- Development and implementation of change management.
- Engage key stream leads and/or stakeholders to ensure clarity of responsibilities and delivery timeframes.

Other
- End-to-end management of Employee Engagement Survey globally, including account management.
- Development and implementation of People & Culture policies.
- Drafting of Board papers.
- Business support to the CPCO as required.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in managing projects, such as employee engagement and culture initiatives, including focus groups, surveys, people-related data analysis and interpretation, and organization-wide action planning
- Experience in a large-sized business.
- Proven experience in supporting business executives.
