Now, we're searching for a 
People & Culture Advisor
 who's ready to step into the action and help us shape an environment where our people thrive.

This role is about more than policies and processes — you'll be at the heart of the employee experience. From guiding new starters through their first day, to supporting wellbeing and engagement initiatives, to providing frontline HR advice and helping leaders bring out the best in their teams, you'll make sure our values come alive every single day.

Surrounded by a passionate, collaborative team that's committed to making Morphettville an incredible place to work, you'll also roll up your sleeves to:

  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns and onboarding experiences that attract great people.
  • Design and deliver inductions, support probation reviews, and keep our employee journey on track.
  • Drive engagement activities, wellbeing initiatives, and recognition programs.
  • Provide practical HR and WHS support, including performance review coordination and foundational ER advice.
  • Keep the wheels turning with accurate systems, processes, and compliance records.

What we'd like you to have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field 
    or
     equivalent experience in an HR advisory/generalist role.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role, with demonstrated capability in providing advice and support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement
