With a proudly built reputation as one of the world’s largest integrated providers of workforce accommodations, Civeo are actively seeking a People & Culture Advisor to drive the operational delivery of Human Resources and immediately join their expanding team. This is a fulltime permanent role with travel required, working on an initial FIFO roster, 1 week on site followed by 1 week at our client’s office at Adelaide airport with flexibility to WFH. Once you’ve developed strong relationships and presence on site, your roster will be reviewed to ensure it meets operational need.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have proven HR Generalist expertise at the Advisor / Business Partner level ideally from a hospitality / mining / resources / heavy industry environment or similar. You will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and confidence to deliver your message to key stakeholders. Additionally, your interpersonal ability to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships through measured initiatives and influential decision making will be highly valued. You need to be a savvy HR professional, being able to identify emerging issues and develop strategies to address.
