The Opportunity
As a Retail Manager at Dexus you will be responsible for Macquarie Shopping Centre asset and be apart of the centre management team on site. This role takes a lead on setting in place a retailer engagement strategy, with a high focus on communication.
You will make an impact by:
- Continuously develop market performance and intelligence, understanding the centre’s key performance indicators.- Setting in place retailer engagement strategy.- Establish relationships with retailers across the centre and ensure smooth communication.- Ensuring tenant compliance with legal documents.- Assist in forecasting and reporting across sales, arrears, conceession budgeting, turnover rent and reconciliations.-
- Involvement with emergency planning and risk management.- Customer compliance management, relating to retailers.
About You- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in field of Centre Management, preferably as a Retail Manager.- Tertiary qualifications in business, property or finance.- Excellent computer skills in MS Office.- High level of commercial acumen and financial understanding.- Strong knowledge of Retail leases Act.- Experience with Yardi, JDE or MRI would be advantageous.
