**What You’ll do**

As the Retailer Communications Manager, you will take the lead in revolutionizing the retailer experience through the management and innovation of our B2B retailer platform, askROSS. This role is all about shaping the future of retailer communication and engagement, ensuring our retailers and internal teams receive an unparalleled experience.
- Take charge of askROSS, from developing a strategic roadmap to collaborating with internal teams for feature development and testing.
- Lead and inspire a team of coordinators to implement communication strategies and manage day-to-day operations on the askROSS platform.
- Review content for consistency, tone, and fit. Oversee the development of how-to manuals and templates for the platform.
- Troubleshoot website issues within the CMS scope and manage escalations to applicable stakeholders.
- Assist with written communications for key events, ensuring a seamless flow of information through scripts, media releases, retailer communications, websites, and proofreading.

**What You’ll bring**
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in people management is highly desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce, Content Management Systems, Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Photoshop, MailChimp, or similar, and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, editing, and copywriting skills.
- Experience within a retail or fast consumer service business.
