**Job Description**:
Position Summary:
The HR Generalist [Senior HR Advisor] will support the delivery of HR services for Australia to ensure they are aligned to business requirements, create impact, and meet quality standards. This position is responsible for managing basic employee queries or concerns and providing creative problem-solving. The Senior HR Advisor will support and manage HR initiatives such as workforce planning, capability building, talent, staff engagement and change management for the Australia team. The Senior Human Resources Advisor is responsible for working with the HR Manager and HR team in the execution, delivery and implementation of varied HR projects, policies and new initiatives related to organisational development topics such as performance management, leadership development and learning and development.

The role will lead the end-to-end employee life cycle for the Australian team.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the HR Manager & team in the execution, delivery & implementation of projects including integration.
- Provide support for end-to-end generalist activities
- Being proactive in initiating programs and policies that drive to excel the organisation
- Support managers by understanding their business challenges
- Assist in implementing learning and development and performance management programs locally.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Skills/Profile:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in implementing global HR projects including change management.
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills
