**About the Role**
We are actively seeking a **‘Claims Specialist’** to join our newly formed Niche & Strata team
We’re looking for someone with a passion for excellence to join the Niche Team and take on the role of delivering top-notch service, while forging strong connections with our unique clientele. As Claims Specialist for a National Team, you’ll dive into the front-end process, ensuring you’re across claim progress and KPIs, but most importantly exceptional communication across total claim life
This is a great opportunity to grow your client relationship skills, managing and providing nothing short of stellar service. As a natural people person, your engagement and relationship skills will be key
No matter where you’re based we want to hear from you.
**Here's what you'll do**
- Successfully drive front-end claims, partnering with internal and external teams alike
- Deliver service excellence to our unique clientele.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships, striving to deliver on KPI's.
- Most importantly, maintain an open line of communication across the total claim life

- You'll be a customer service champion
- Enjoy a challenge, striving to deliver on KPI's
- Work collaboratively with a team
- Proven customer service and communication skills
