We're seeking a passionate and experienced Sommelier & Wine Bar Manager to help shape our opening, lead our front-of-house team, and curate a wine list that tells a story. If you live and breathe hospitality and wine, we want to hear from you.

As our Sommelier & Wine Bar Manager, you’ll:

- Curate and manage an exceptional wine list with a focus on local and

international producers
- Oversee daily bar operations, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Lead and train a small FOH team with a focus on warm, professional service
- Drive wine education across the team and with guests
- Be part of the leadership team shaping the bar’s culture and reputation

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a sommelier or wine-focused venue manager
- Strong wine knowledge, WSET qualifications a bonus
- Confident, calm leadership with a guest-first mindset
- Great organisational skills and a hands-on approach
- A love for local producers, seasonal food, and creating memorable experiences
