**About the role**:
We have a great opportunity for a commercially focused finance leader to head up our Food Manufacturing business including our Chef Fresh and Retail Ready Operations sites in NSW and VIC. This role will also have responsibility for the future post integration of two Saputo milk sites recently acquired by Coles. You’ll be responsible for:

- Coaching and mentoring a team of finance business partners, analysts and accounts clerks on site responsible for providing ongoing strategic analysis, decision support, financial reporting, planning & forecasting, and financial transactional processing
- Partnering the GM National Food Processing and their leadership team (including Heads of Site) to provide strategic, commercial decision support, and governance, ensuring business strategies and initiatives deliver annual budget targets, EBIT efficiencies and working capital improvements
- Work in partnership with Senior Finance Manager Meat Deli & Seafood (MD&S), Senior Finance Manager Dairy, Frozen, & Convenience (DF&C), the GMs of the MD&S and DF&C Business Units and their leadership teams, to ensure the strategy, processes and objectives of RROA and Chef Fresh are aligned to the Business Units’ objectives
- Lead and establish the end to end financial processes for RROA and Chef Fresh, and lead & establish the integration of processes and systems into Coles Finance systems, processes and governance, incorporating the full procure to pay cycles, and ensure their financial performance and position is accurately recorded, in compliance with Coles policy, and to drive the commercial performance of the facilities. Finalise the successful migration of local payroll activity into Coles Group systems and processes
- Establish effective budgets, forecasts and KPIs, that in conjunction with the MD&S and DF&C BUs, support the right behaviours and commercial outcome for the Coles Group. Report and analyse weekly P&L and stock performance in comparison to established targets and KPIs

**About you and your skills**:
As Head of Finance - Retail Manufacturing you’ll have a strong commercial acumen, be people focused and strategically driven professional with demonstrated experience leading large finance teams. Ideally, you’ll also have:

- CA or CPA qualification, or equivalent
- Extensive finance experience in a ASX listed FMCG business, ideally in food Manufacturing
- Experience in developing high performance finance teams
- Experience in driving organisational change and influencing key business partners
- A varied finance background covering Financial Control, Financial Performance & Analysis, and Commercial Finance Partnering
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to hold stakeholders and the business to account for delivering performance objectives
