**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We’re on the search for a Business Partner to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Melbourne. We’re looking for someone to partner with our senior leaders across their portfolios to deliver forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis. The role will play a critical part in supporting Cricket Australia’s strategic and financial objectives and is a great opportunity for someone looking to work with a diverse portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll be responsible for:
- Monthly reporting, performance insights and analysis to understand and improve performance.- Forecasting and budgeting, including developing annual budgets and detailed schedules to support.- Contributing to the development and maintenance of an up-to-date Long Range Planning Model.- Partnering with operational stakeholders to improve commercial outcomes and business guidance.- Other ad-hoc financial duties required by the Head of Finance from time to time.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**- Tertiary qualifications in Finance- Minimum 3 years of analytical and business partnering experience- Excellent communication and influencing skills- Strong quantitative and analytical skillset and experience- Strong commercial mindset and the ability to solve complex problems- Well organised and the ability to achieve tight deadlines- Ability to multitask and work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously

The following skills are not required, but will be highly regarded:
- Professional qualifications such as CAANZ or CPA- Experience partnering with Technology teams- Experience with TM1, Power BI and Cognos BI
