Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, an opportunity for a Finance Administrator has arisen to join a fast paced and growing company. Working within the finance function and delivering a wide range of services to your colleagues. We need your determination, ambition and drive to accurately achieve our goals

The **purpose of this role** to provide accounts support to the Gallagher broking and finance teams on Winbeat Broking System.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Receipting/allocation of all client payments to invoices including direct deposits, bpay and credit card
- Allocation of credit and debit invoices
- Processing the administration and approval step of client refunds
- Weekly processing of underwriter payments.
- Monthly processing of Subagent payments.

**This is a great opportunity and to be considered**, we are seeking a min of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance industry plus:

- Experience in insurance industry is highly regarded
- Experience and understanding of **Winbeat** is highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of accounts administration
- High attention to detail and levels of accuracy
- Excellent time management
- Strong teammate with willingness to support others
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate closely with a range of stakeholders.
