We currently have an Administration Assistant role available, reporting to the Group Pre-Delivery Manager. This role will be responsible for performing Administration and Stock control, assisting in the preparation of vehicles for delivery to the customer, for our varied prestige (Cupra, Audi, Skoda, Volkswagen, Jaguar, Land Rover) and volume brands (Toyota, Mitsubishi) at our Mount Kuring-Gai, Group Pre-Delivery Centre.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- General Office Support
- Assisting Pre Delivery Manager with the invoicing to dealerships
- Ensure all vehicles are in the correct location and ready for drivers
- Update system to reflect vehicle movement
- Receipt and notify dealerships of received/outgoing vehicles
- Assist yard team with booking of incoming vehicles
- Register transit damage claims with the car carriers

**Requirements for this role**:

- Valid Australian Work Rights
- Valid Australian License
- Display an exceptional quality of workmanship, reliability, and efficiency
- Strong Communication skills
- A positive "can do" attitude
