**I’m looking to add a new team member to the Bespoke business located in Mt Kuring Gai This person will work closely with me in an office based Personal Assistant role. We’re currently undergoing rapid growth and need someone organised, motivated and results driven who can learn all aspects of the business and be a vital link Between our customers and our manufacturing team.**

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Personal Assistant role located in MT kuring Gai. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing personal and executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, and utilizing clerical skills to support daily operations.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in diary management
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the design or construction industry is a plus

**Day-to-Day Task List**:

- Client Communication & Sales
- Engaging with potential and existing clients arranging appointments
- Client Meetings & Custom Design
- Preparation of client meetings, arranging samples, and refining bespoke designs.
- Coordination with Third-Party Suppliers
- Liaising with external vendors ensuring smooth coordination for material supply and project timelines.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
