We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Account Administrative Assistant to support our Senior Account Manager. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations, handling administrative tasks, and allowing our SAM to focus on strategic client work. You’ll get hands-on experience in the exhibition industry, with a clear career path towards becoming an Account Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**

CRM Management (Zoho) - updating records, maintaining accurate data
Handling inbound and outbound calls with clients and vendors
Booking services, procurement tasks, and tracking orders
Gathering information and ensuring internal systems are up to date
Assisting in day-to-day account administration and ad hoc tasks

Pay: $53,028.54 - $97,423.40 per year
