Business growth presents us with the opportunity to hire a **National Asset Coordinator - Procurement** to join our Asset team.
**What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day**:
- Raise **purchase orders and review invoices against purchase orders**:
- **Negotiate with suppliers, set pricing and terms**:
- **Source local supplies for in-factory local installations**:
- Ensure **factory specifications** match requirements
- Conduct **bi-monthly stock reviews** and provide recommendations for future orders
- Coordinate the **procurement of new assets** with suppliers and internal teams
- Prepare and share **regular stock and equipment reports**:
- **Support the Asset Team with administration and reporting as required.**

**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Minimum 1-2 years’ coordination experience** (sales administration or similar)
- Experience or exposure to the **equipment industry** is highly regarded
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Suite** with strong attention to detail
- **Analytical mindset** with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- **Excellent communication skills** and a collaborative approach
