Who you are
You have had exposure in all aspects of Facilities Management (FM) with a passion for ensuring everything is operating as it should be, demonstrating strong contract management skills and are solution orientated. You embody the IKEA cultures and values and can build professional relationships with stakeholders and teams. You are an individual who can work autonomously, takes initiative and possesses excellent communication skills to deliver set tasks with a sense of urgency. You have the ability to organise, prioritise and manage administrative tasks, with a good understanding of Microsoft office programs, in particular excel.
**Responsibilities**:
As the Facilities Coordinator, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage the FM services through our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) supplier including safety and compliance to ensure a safe and operational environment for the business and our customers.
- Follow up quality of services delivered by the IFM supplier through close working relationships.
- Coordinate and execute internal FM related audits and annual reviews.
- Support FM budgeting activities and the annual business plan in the unit. Attend weekly meetings to discuss operation issues and contribute to solutions.
- Assist in controlling costs working in a cost-conscious way. Follow-up on permits, licences, certificates and reporting measures in order to stay compliant with local and national legislation, internal rules and requirements regarding the FM scope within Ingka.
- Participate in projects within FM related services as required.
