**The Role**:
A rare & exciting opportunity currently exists for a motivated and experienced Rental Operations Manager to lead the day to day function of our Rental team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all of the daily rental operations across the country, ensuring a high level of service delivery and first-rate communication with our customers is maintained. As well as direct management of the rental coordination and transport teams, the role works closely with the workshop team to ensure suitable levels of equipment availability

This is an exciting role that suits a modern, driven and experienced Rental and Operations leader, who is looking for the next challenge to be part of a transformational journey. Reporting to the General Manager - Rentals, you will be directly responsible in driving and achieving the profitability and effective execution strategies within rental operations nationwide.

You will be responsible for managing the Transport Team, Major Account Rental Service and Rental Coordination Team whilst also covering Technical Training and Safety.

You will manage and drive the KPIs of your functional areas to promote “customer-first culture”, reliability and quality of services that reflect our Brand.

By providing strong leadership that drives high performance and high engagement culture, you will continue to develop team competencies and ensure effective training and development that are timely and relevant.

You empower teams to own their issues and make decisions within a collaborative, respectful and safe environment.

As a part of the local leadership team, you will continue to provide insights of your area of responsibility through regular reviews and measurement of your processes and performance while working together for process improvements and customer satisfaction.

**About You**
- Experience within senior operations role, ideally within the rental industry
- Experience with planning and executing budgets, strategic planning and reporting.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to converse on all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to meet deadlines and forward planning skills.
- Competent computer skills, including experience with MS Office.
