As a Payroll Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the technical management and optimisation of Downer Payroll systems SAP and ExpressHR. This role includes planning and executing comprehensive testing, collaborating with stakeholders to define and document requirements and ensuring system performance and compliance in line with The Downer Standard.
- Tertiary Qualified (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
